Refund Policy

PlayerVest is a digital library. The moment a purchase is confirmed, the member is granted immediate access to the underlying educational materials, tools and frameworks. Because access cannot meaningfully be withdrawn once granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after purchase.

Every product page sets out clearly what is included, who the material is written for, and the depth of the content. We encourage members to read the description in full, review the FAQs, and speak to us via the contact page if anything is unclear before completing checkout.

If a purchased resource does not load, cannot be accessed, or is delivered incorrectly, please contact us at members@playervest.co with the order reference. We aim to resolve genuine technical issues on the same working day.

Where the same product is purchased twice in error within 24 hours, we will review the case and, at our discretion, credit the duplicate amount against a future purchase. This is a goodwill provision and does not override the final-sale nature of digital access.

This policy does not affect any rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws, including any statutory rights relating to digital content that is faulty, materially different from its description, or not fit for purpose.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. The vast majority of concerns are resolved quickly by email and without escalation. Unwarranted chargebacks on delivered digital products may result in access being suspended pending review.
