PlayerVest is a private digital education library. It is a one-time purchase product that provides written playbooks, calculators and templates on personal finance, property, tax, protection and legacy topics of interest to professional footballers.

Nothing on this website, and nothing within any playbook, calculator, template or communication from PlayerVest, constitutes financial, tax, legal, mortgage, insurance or investment advice. PlayerVest is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated advice. Using the library does not create an advisor–client relationship. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on anything you read.

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the resources for your own private education. You may not share your login, distribute ebooks, upload materials to shared drives, resell content, or use materials to train models or produce derivative works.

The library is designed for professional footballers and their trusted representatives. Access is delivered digitally to the email address supplied at checkout. It is your responsibility to keep those login details secure.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are payable in full at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Stripe). PlayerVest never sees or stores your full card details.

Because PlayerVest is a digital library with immediate access on release, purchases are generally non-refundable once resources have been accessed or downloaded. If you believe you have been charged in error, or you have a genuine service issue, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case in good faith.

All content — including copy, playbook structures, calculators, templates, brand marks and the PlayerVest name — is owned by PlayerVest or its licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the library, circumvent access controls, scrape or republish content, or use the library in any way that is unlawful or that could damage the reputation of PlayerVest or its members.

Some resources reference third-party tools, calculators, providers or products for illustrative purposes. PlayerVest is not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any third-party service and does not receive commission for such mentions unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayerVest is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the library, including any investment, tax, property or business decision you make. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where these terms are materially breached, including credential sharing, redistribution of content or fraudulent payment activity.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, together with its "last updated" date, will always appear on this page. Material changes affecting existing members will be notified by email.
